This page explains, in plain language, what information VibePLR receives about you, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
Our sales and information pages are simple static pages. They have no accounts, no sign-up forms of their own and no checkout. Browsing them does not give us your name, your email address or any payment details, and these pages set no cookies of their own. Like almost every website, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) for security and maintenance.
Purchases are handled by WarriorPlus. When you check out, WarriorPlus and its payment partners collect the information a checkout needs, such as your name, email address and payment details, under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your card details.
WarriorPlus passes order details to us as the seller: your name, your email address and what you bought. We use those details to deliver your products, answer support questions and keep proper sales records. That is all we use them for.
If you write to us, we keep your message and our replies so we can help you and refer back to the conversation. If you ask us to delete the correspondence, we will, apart from anything we must keep for sales or tax records.
If you choose to join our mailing list, your email address is stored with our email service provider and used to send the emails you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future mailings. Joining the list is never a condition of buying a product.
Pages we link out to, including the WarriorPlus checkout, may set their own cookies under their own policies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them; Google handles that request under its own privacy policy.
We never sell your personal information. We never rent it, trade it or hand it to marketers. We share information only with the services that make the store work (WarriorPlus for orders and delivery, and our email provider if you join the list), or when the law requires it.
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are kept while they are useful for helping you. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to [email protected] and we will deal with your request promptly.
