VibePLR sells digital private label rights (PLR) content: articles and workbooks that buyers may edit, brand and use under the licence described below. Sales are managed through WarriorPlus, which handles checkout and delivery on our behalf. Payments are made to VibePLR as the seller, not to WarriorPlus.
Our products are downloadable files, delivered as ZIP archives of editable Word documents together with a licence file. Product descriptions, article counts and word counts on our sales pages describe the files you will receive. Content is general educational information for your readers and is not professional advice of any kind.
Every purchase includes the VibePLR PLR licence, and the licence file inside your download is the document that governs your use of the content. In summary, you may edit the content, put your name on it, sell your edited versions as your own products, break the content into smaller products, and use it for blog posts, emails, social content and lead magnets. You may not pass PLR or resale rights on to your customers, sell or share the editable source files as a PLR product, use the VibePLR name or brand as your own or as an endorsement, post the content on free PLR or file-sharing sites, or publish it word for word on platforms that require a claim of exclusive original authorship, such as Amazon KDP. If there is ever a difference between this summary and the licence file, the licence file applies.
One purchase covers one business. The licence is not transferable: you may not give, sell or hand your licence to another person or business.
Delivery is instant once payment clears. Your files wait for you in your WarriorPlus purchases area, and it is your responsibility to download and keep a copy. If a technical problem on our side prevents delivery, contact us at [email protected] and we will put it right.
All prices are in US dollars. Some offers use dimesale pricing: the price starts at the figure shown on the sales page and rises by the stated amount with each sale, up to the stated maximum. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the moment you buy. Taxes may be added at checkout where the law requires it, and those are calculated by the checkout provider.
Our products are digital content, delivered in full the moment you buy, and the files cannot be returned. For that reason all sales are final once a purchase is complete. There are two exceptions, and we will always honour them: if you are charged twice for the same product by mistake, we will refund the duplicate; and if a technical failure on our side means you never receive the files you paid for and we cannot fix the delivery, we will refund you in full. If a checkout add-on fails to attach to your order, contact us before buying anything again and we will arrange a direct way to complete that part of your purchase.
Approved affiliates earn the commission rate shown for each offer in WarriorPlus, paid under WarriorPlus's own affiliate terms. We may decline or remove affiliate approval where promotion involves spam, misleading claims or anything that would embarrass the buyers we share.
We describe our content accurately and we stand behind its quality as writing. We make no promise about the income, traffic, rankings or any other result you may get from using it. What you earn with the content depends on your market, your audience and the work you put in, none of which we control.
To the fullest extent the law allows, VibePLR's total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
